These terms apply when you use this page or hire Business Santa directly.

Quotes and orders

Prices on the site are starting prices. Every project gets a written scope and price in our WhatsApp conversation before work begins. You pay nothing until you approve the scope and price. Work starts once you accept the scope and pay as agreed.

No ranking guarantees

Search engines and AI assistants decide rankings and citations. We do not guarantee a specific position, traffic level or result. We do guarantee to do the agreed work, show you every change and report honestly.

Your website and access

You keep full ownership of your website, content and accounts. Give us only the access a task needs, and remove it when the work is done. Keep a backup of your site before changes are made.

Revisions and support

Tell us if something in the agreed scope is missing or wrong, and we will fix it at no cost.

Liability

Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid for that project.
